 Muir, Michigan
Google MapMuir is located in eastern Ionia County on the Maple River, just a couple of miles from its mouth at the Grand River. It is adjacent to Lyons, just across the river to the south. Like Lyons this community once flourished during Michigan's lumbering days. Muir has withstood the test of time due to its convenient location to the Ionia, Lansing and Grand Rapids urban areas. Muir retains its small town atmosphere and remains a pleasant and quiet place to live.
